Fine-grained rotation control disappeared

I was searching for a while for the rotation parameter, e.g. in text tool. Seems it has been (accidentally?) removed from the editor. I used it a lot, and I think its a loss. You can visually rotate by grabbing the yellow circle in the centre top of a tool, but I cannot get any fine controls other than a default raster of around 5 degrees. It is no longer possible, for example, to rotate a text box by 0.3 degrees.
