I submitted my exposition to be published, and I don't know how long this will take for review.
In the meantime, I would like to send a link to some people to privately view the exposition. However, I can't see where this option is anymore. After submission, the menu for sharing has disappeared.

After submission, an exposition cannot be edited anymore until the end of the reviewing process. "Edit" also includes self-publishing and sharing.

Oh! So it is not possible to show anyone outside RC the exhibition while it's being reviewed.

It would have been possible if the share link was shared before the submission. After the submission sharing is not possible until the end of the review.

Hi! I have a somewhat related question: If you have been using groups where expositions are shared within the group -- do they automatically become invisible to others in the group after being submitted to a portal?
AS we are testing the RC as part of teaching and for exams we need to make sure the other students cannot see each others expositions after they have submitted - in case there are someone who gets an extended deadline for the submission.

If the expositions are shared inside the group before the submission, they will not become invisible. But instead of displaying the text "this exposition is progress and its share status is visible..." it will say "This exposition is in review and its share status is visible ..." so it will indicate who has already submitted and who hasn't yet.
