Topic: tool position and size in tool tip

I often need to look up the position and size of a tool in order to place other tools accordingly. For this I need to open the tool, make a note, close the tool, open the other tool etc. It would be MUCH easier, if I could hover over a tool and was to get position and size in a tool tip. This would save a lot of time for often repetitive tasks in particular with an alignment feature.

This could be included when we deal with the alignment menu that is planned to be implemented.
