Movie files doesnt work

Could you give us the link to the page that contains the broken video?
If you contact support@researchcatalogue.net and provide us with the original file, we can inspect this problem in detail.

Common problems are:
- video is in an uncommon format (we support quite a lot of formats, but not all)
- the extension does not match the format of the file itself
- video has a resolution equal or larger than 4k (some mobile phones shoot in this resolution by default)
