Topic: New HTML tools have a dotted border?

Hi there,

not sure it's a bug or some obscure settings that I could undo somewhere - since a few weeks or so, I'm getting a 1px dotted black border around each new HTML tool I create in the graphical editor. I guess the default should be to not have a border. Any idea what is causing this?

Tools have default settings, these can be changed by clicking the icon in the toolbar once.
I expect if you empty all fields in the default settings, the tool should be created without the border again.
